required for the loan to proceed to the next stage.
All loans are Income Serviceability Tested
Applicants must be employed/self
employed/contracted/regular income source
The lender may request other financial
statements as necessary.
Loans are available for the Credit Impaired
rated on defaults, judgments.
Debt consolidation loans are also available
using equity in property.
For all loans the following documents
are necessary for identification purposes:
Driver’s License
Birth Certificate (not extract) or Birth Card
or Current Passport (expired passport that has not been cancelled and was current within
the preceding 2 years.)
It maybe the case where you have other
diplomatic documents to produce in lieu of passport.
For the First Home Buyer the following
information is required:
*First Home Owners Grant Scheme Application
Form Completed by all parties to the loan.
This is a one-off $7,000 payment to eligible
applicants.
Eligible
applicants must be natural persons who are Australian citizens,
or permanent residents who are buying or building their first
home in Australia
To
qualify for assistance, neither the applicant nor the spouse (or
de facto), must have previously owned a home, either jointly,
separately or with some other person.
Evidence
of genuine savings over 6 months – 3% of purchase price
minimum. Most lenders prefer 5%.
